The Taylor C709 heat treatment soft serve freezer is gravity fed. This soft serve machine will allow you to serve a high volume of soft ice cream that tastes delicious!

This counter top soft serve machine is single flavour and high volume – you can serve up to 350 ice creams per hour with this machine! This makes it perfect for very busy outlets – restaurants, cafes, cinemas, theme parks, etc – or indeed dedicated dessert bars such as ice cream parlours or milkshake bars.

Freezing Cylinder: One, 3.2 litre

Hourly Production: 51.1 litres per hour

Mix Hopper: One, 18.9 litre. Separate hopper refrigeration maintains the mix below 5°C during Auto and Standby modes. Simplified air/mix pump delivers the precise amount of air and mix in to the freezing cylinder, regulating overrun and reducing operator parts.

Indicator Lights: Digital readout displays hours since last brush cleaning to assure product safety, ‘Mix Low’ light alerts the operator to add mix. Audible alarm may be enabled to sound when mix is low. When ‘Mix Out’ light flashes, the unit shuts down automatically to prevent damage.

Electronic Controls: Softech™ is Taylor’s exclusive microprocessor based master control that regulates refrigeration by measuring product viscosity to maintain consistent quality.

Digital Temperature Indicator: The hopper temperature is displayed to assure safe product temperatures.

Touch Screen Controls: Microprocessor touch controls are embedded in a durable tempered glass panel. Multiple languages are selectable. Viscosity is continually measured to dispense soft serve desserts. Soft lock out features improve reliability. Temperatures in the hopper and freezing cylinder may be displayed at any point of operation. History of temperatures and times during the last 366 heat cycles may be viewed from the fluorescent display.

Standby: During long no-use periods, the standby feature maintains safe product temperatures in the mix hopper and freezing cylinder.

Door Interlock System: Protects the operator from injury as the beater will not operate without the dispensing door in place.
